General Fulfillment Terms

1. Service Delivery Method

All services are delivered virtually. Our team provides services via Zoom, online conferencing tools, telephony, and Slack. No in-person interaction is required.

2. Compliance with Laws

The Client is responsible for using the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). The Company is not liable for any violations of such regulations resulting from the Client's use of the services.

3. Results Disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed. Achieving success depends on several factors, including alignment with your business goals, product-market fit, and other variables beyond the Company's control. The Company does not guarantee return on investment (ROI) or any specific outcome. All educational content provided by the Company is for informational purposes only. Consult with your business advisors and legal counsel before making decisions based on this information. The Company is not liable for actions taken based on the content we provide.

4. Reseller Terms

The Company is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the resale of our products by resellers. Resellers are provided with copies of funnels, deal rooms, and marketing sales assets, all of which are white-labeled and delivered in a generic format. No customization is provided by the Company. Resellers may customize these assets independently at their own expense. Clients are also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including FCC and TCPA regulations, when reselling and using our services.

5. Liability Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for any business outcomes or damages resulting from the use of our services, including third-party contractors or services hired by the Client. The tools provided by the Company are intended to support business operations, but the Client is solely responsible for managing compliance with laws, regulations, and business practices. The Client is also responsible for ensuring that any communication, including AI Sales Employees or third-party services, complies with the TCPA and any other applicable regulations. The Company does not guarantee specific results or performance.

6. Usage Fees

There may be additional usage fees associated with third-party services, such as Twilio or AI voice services. These fees are considered pass-through fees and are beyond the Company's control. The Client is responsible for paying all such third-party fees as incurred. If third-party services are used for communication with consumers, it is the Client's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including TCPA.

7. No Refund Policy

All fees paid to the Company are non-refundable, including, but not limited to, one-time setup fees, monthly subscription fees, and any other associated costs. Once payment is made, the Client is fully committed, and no refunds will be issued.

8. Irrevocability of Work

Once the fulfillment process begins, the work is irrevocable. The Company invests significant time and resources into each project, and as such, no refunds will be provided once work has commenced.

9. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscriptions at any time, but the Company recommends a minimum commitment of 90 days to fully realize the benefits of our services. For any Done-For-You (DFY) work, no refunds will be provided once the fulfillment process has started. DFY work includes any setup or actions that require the creation of customized deliverables on behalf of the Client.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Fulfillment Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By engaging with our services, the Client agrees to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Delivery Method: Delivered in a virtual group setting via Zoom.Access to Replays: Participants will receive access to session replays for the duration of the boot camp.Interaction: Participants can ask questions during live sessions, providing an interactive learning experience.Refund Policy: A 14-day refund policy is available from the start of the boot camp if the client is unsatisfied.

One-Time Setup Fee: $3,000 setup fee.

Deliverables: 1 AI Sales Employee (Grace Silver, Ava Gold, or equivalent), 1,000 AI voice minutes (inbound & outbound), 1:1 customer success sessions, live group calls, Slack support, 24/7 CRM support, 1 GHL sub-account.

Business Plan

One-Time Setup Fee: $5,500 setup fee.

Subscription Fee: $1,497/month.

Deliverables: 2 AI Sales Employees, 2,500 AI voice minutes, enhanced customer success sessions, live group calls, Slack support, CRM support, 1 GHL sub-account.

Go All In Plan

One-Time Setup Fee: $10,000 setup fee.

Subscription Fee: $1,997/month.

White-Label Fulfillment: Clients may use the Company's team for white-label fulfillment under a 50% revenue split for AI Sales Employee packages sold.
